Fall Congregational Meeting on Sunday, Nov. 12

We will gather together for our Fall Congregational meeting, following the Worship Service (11:15 am) on Sunday, Nov. 12.

The following items are on the agenda:

1. Update on the Current & Long-Range Plan, to renovate our Church facilities

2. Z-Team Report.

3. Election of Church Leaders (3 for the Church Council, and 1 for the Christian Education Board) for the 2020-2022 term.

Council nominations are: Joshua Seidlitz, Kurt Tegtmeier and ???

CE Board nomination is: Heather Kish

4. Approval of the 2024 Budget.

a.) A.J. Scharf, Scharf Building Supply, has requested to purchase roughly 1 acre of our Church Park, offering $35,000.

b.) Proposal to pave the Church Park Parking Lot. Ted Moore indicated a price of $53,000.

Please plan on participating in this meeting, which will set the future direction of Christ’s ministry in and through our Church. Note: We need a quorum of 40 members in order to make this meeting happen. So mark this date on your calendar and plan on attending.
