Mother’s Day - May 14^th

MOTHER’S Day (May 14^th) is a special day to honor our MOTHERS, which is in accord with the fifth commandment (Exodus 20:12, “Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you.”)

I encourage you open your Bible to Proverbs 31:10-31, and read it. Listed below are just 2 of those verses (28-29):

 “Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her:

‘Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.’ ”

On Mother’s Day, our church will honor mothers in a number of ways at the Worship Service. So come and bring your mother, and join in on this special day of honoring her.
