January Congregational Meeting – Sunday, Jan. 25

We will gather together for our January Congregational meeting, following the Worship Service on Sunday, January 25 at about 10:10 a.m.

A.) Constitution and By-Laws Change

108. Quorum: (is)

Forty (40) communicant/active members shall constitute a quorum.

108. Quorum: (to be)

One half of the previous year’s Sunday morning in person average attendance, rounded down to the nearest 10, with a minimum of 10 when the average attendance is under 20 shall constitute a quorum. The average attendance in 2025 was 63.37, divided by 2 is 31.685, round done to 30, which will be the quorum for 2026.
